Can I take my four-legged friend with me?
Yes, we will gladly take your well-behaved favourite with us.
Are the ships barrier-free?
No, unfortunately our ships are currently not barrier-free and not suitable for the disabled as defined by law.
Is there a toilet on board?
Toilets are available on board.
Is catering provided?
Yes, snacks and various drinks are available. The menu varies depending on the ship.
Can I get off at the landing stages and continue my journey on the next/next ship?
Yes, that's no problem, please inform the on-board staff of your break from the journey.
Is there an explanation of the route during the journey?
Yes, the skippers and captains give live explanations during the journey.
When will the new jetty at Falkendamm go into operation?
The jetty at Falkendamm will be available for you to board from May 2025.
Is it possible to take a bicycle?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to transport bicycles. This will change however.
